Help with ID - Schrade Cut Co Senator?

i picked this knife up today, and i have exhausted my resources trying to identify the stamp. as far as i can tell, it's 3 1/8" long with MOP handles and 3blades which makes it a senator, but the blade stamp doesn't match up to anything i could find. the back stamp is 41 300 in two lines. any help would be appreciated.

In the Cut Co's, there was not usually any type of pattern number or amrkings on the pile side of the blade, except maybe "stainless".

That being said, I cannot help with the strange "41 300" markings.

Just a guess, but I would say that it was probably an SFO for some organization... That would be knife # 41 of the 300 that were made?
