Help With Identification

Hey everyone, today I found this Spyderco in a garage. I thought it would be a Delica but the blade shape is different. The tang says Seiki, and blade steel is aus 8. Thanks!

Looks like a FRN ProGrip without the rubber insert.

Yea man sure does look like the FRN ProGrip but i can't tell if those are serrations farther up on the blade or if its really beat up. Also notice the pivot screw and lanyard hole on the FRN ProGrip below. Gotta be it. It's a $50 knife new usually.
