Help with identification

All,
My father in law sent this to me.
Trying to determine what kind of knife and value if anyone can help.
Have limited pics today.
Will re-shoot any that need reshot.
currently i dont have a shot of the only marking on the blade but all it says is stainless.

There is a full view and a closer up of the blade.
Any ideas?

From the grinds and finish of the steel, and handle, it looks Chinese or Pakistani.

Value would be less than $20.00, and there would not be many takers, unless you come across someone who is a bear fancier.

I still think its unique and i guess that is all that matters to me.
Any truly identifiable features that you noticed on the pictures?
