Help with Identifying Knife

I have a pocket knife, from my dad's estate, that I need help with identifying. The knife is 3-1/2" long with a blade that is 2-1/2" long. It also has a corkscrew and a bottle opener on it. On the outside of the knife, the word "Lourdes" is engraved and on the blade itself, I believe it says "Pradel". Any help with this would be appreciated. I would love to send pictures of it but I am new to the forums and haven't quite figured out how to navigate around yet. Thanks.
