Emerson Help with identifying whether this karambit is real or not

Hello, firstly allow me to apologise for my English and the long wall of text. With that said, a friend got an Emerson Karambit from ebay (first mistake, I know) on an auction for around 30 bucks and he asked my opinion. Based on these alone one could say that it's definitely a fake but I want to pinpoint exactly where it can be seen so that he can get a refund.
Firstly I haven't owned any Emerson knives before but from what I've seen most agree that the g10 handles are very rough, close to sandpaper -not my words-, but to me this one feels sort of smooth, definitely nothing like sandpaper.
Now, from what I've gathered from comparing it to pictures online it seems that the wave feature is not exactly similar looking, apart from that the online other thing that throws me off is the logo. The logo says HORSEMAN instead of KARAMBIT. Horseman is a different knife so I don't understand why someone would make a fake knife and write the name of another knife on it but what can I say. Also the WAVE FEATURE on the right doesn't have a space between the two words. The only thing that threw me off is the 20 14 in the logo, I didn't find any such knife with that on it online. Is there an older karambit model from 2014? Of course it doesn't explain why it says HORSEMAN.
Lastly although it was advertised as combat karambit it seems to be a fake of the super karambit instead and it didn't come with any sort of paperwork. I believe that all this is more than sufficient to get a refund and hopefully get ebay to terminate the account of the seller of fakes but the more I can point out the better.
Any input welcome.

Lots of places that copy knives get things like model names wrong. They mash up details.

Upload pictures of the knife to something like Imgur and post them here.

The part where it says HORSEMAN instead of KARAMBIT is as far as I got, but yup this looks like a counterfeit Emerson indeed.
I could see that human error happening though.

What gets me is all the tiny variations in the swedge and the actual shape of the opener.

Yep, setting aside the obvious HORSEMAN issue, it's got the handle shape of the Super Karambit but the opening hole shape of the Combat Karambit. The jimping on the lockbar is totally off too.

The price is a pretty big tell as well, that whole "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" thing. ;)
