Help with info on 2 packs. One LBT, one ??

I picked these up at the flea market this weekend and i am looking for info. The LBT is model LBT-2418E. It is unused- the only flaw anywhere is that the web used in the belt does not quite match the rest of the pack?
The second has no mark on it anywhere, appears unused and good quality, rough dimensions on it are: 21" X 13" X 9" not including pockets. has 3 ports on top and attachment points/grommets on bottom. Quality is good but not LBT, Kifaru, Tactical Tailor level.
Looking for any info available. LBT appears not current model and I can find nothing on model on web. Other pack I would like to identify if possible.

I'm not 100%, but It looks like a blackhawk bag, particularly the raptor pack. Maybe a little bit older version or a prototype?

Neat find :)
 
Mine looks exactly like that but I found a pic showing the straps side and mine is just fabric where the Raptor has the foam- every other detail looks exact. I wonder if mine is a rip off of the Raptor(which would explain the no markings... or maybe the early Raptors did not have the foam???

I have some of LBT's older products and they are top quality. The BH could be an older version or perhaps a clone. BH products have been frequently copied especially after the move to Korea and Vietnam for manufacturing. Good find regardless.
