Help with info on 4-line Camillus pen knife

New to this forum. This knife was part of my father’s collection. I’m having trouble finding any specific information about it. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks. I was leaning that way. I just haven’t found any pictures of this particular pattern. Is it characteristic of 4-liner-era Senator pens that they have a spear point on both ends? I know that the later versions have a spear blade on one end and a pen blade on the other.
