Help with KA-BAR and PAL knives

Hello,
Inherited many different knives from my Father-In-Law when he passed a few years back. Curious to get some answers about what I'm holding. Two KA-BARS, a broken PAL and two sheaths. If someone can piece this puzzle together, I'd sure appreciate it.

Both KaBar’s are recent knives. The one with the parkerized finish is most likely from 1976 or 77. After the first couple of years that they started re-making these knives KaBar switched to the new finish you see on the other knife.
The PAL is a WW2 vintage knife.
The MK 2 scabbard is period correct for a WW2 Navy marked Mark 2 combat knife, as well as a variety of leather sheaths.
