Hello,

I have some unused Busse knives that I bought a while back that I would now like to put up for sale. Unfortunately, my knife interests changed direction and I can no longer recall what they are. If anyone could help me out with model names, original (or preferably current fair market values), and any related info that would help me to accurately list them in the exchange, I would greatly appreciate it. Here is a photo...I want to say that these two were purchased approximately 7 years ago or so.

I also have a CGFBM which I ordered around the same time (also unused, no photo currently). I'd appreciate if anyone can offer original (or preferably current fair market) value for those as well. Thanks in advance for any help!

the #15 is a muddy mojo, the satin one i think is a santa outlaw wicked or variant natural outlaw. as for price's i am not sure, the fbm's usually go for around six bill's.

Swamp Rat howling rat custom, $200, +-,
Muddy mojo - obe didnt sell for $500 here

Sow (santas outlaw wicked) cost was $597 I think, one of the higer priced busses direct. Might be tough getting that out of it in this economy.

Thanks much for the info! I know it's not a Busse, but do you guys happen to have any info on the Swamp Rat (steel, specs, vintage, etc.?)

I seem to recall the Swamp Rat Howling Rat variant being a Ganza offering as well. I'll see if I can find its original offering price. As for the CGFBM, what's the combo, and if you have a pic, it would help much. :)

Jaxx, you are awesome...thanks! It looks like mine has fewer clip serrations and a different maker's mark location than the one in your photo...does that mean anything?

I'll try to put up a pic of the FBM later today.

Dang, I was a $100 off, knew it was one of the more salty models.

Yeah, I know that it doesn't seem to look like it should cost that much...but it really is a sexy variant. A lot of time & effort by the Crew went into these. It has a nice distal taper, a really nice sharp recurve v grind edge, beautiful FFG satin finish, and you can't really see on the flat where the taper begins in the finish. Plus a light swedge, and at the time Red G-10 was not offered much at all outside of the 2 GW's from the Game Warden lineup. Even with all of this into each one, its popularity so far has never took off outside & after the initial offering.

Like the Team Gemini, this is another knife that I loved and praised well before it has yet to increase in popularity... Maybe I should send one of mine to the crew of The Walking Dead! ;) :D:D LOL

OK, here are pics of two FBM plus another one I could use some help on:

The tan one I ordered directly from Busse when they were available. I'm thinking those are standard tan micarta scales?

The black one I bought from the exchange sometime later, probably within 6 months to a year. The sheath was Rain-something (Rainmaker, Rainwalker?), and I'm guessing the scales are black magnum G10?

The third one came off the exchange, and I can't remember a single thing about it unfortunately.

Tan canvas Desert Shadow Camo on the one, Magnum black G-10 & Urban Shadow Camo on the other. :)

Base price was $387 for standard finish, standard micarta handles.

Standard Blade Finishes:
Black
Desert Tan
Urban Grey

Optional Blade Finishes :

Jungle Shadow Camo + $55
Urban Shadow Camo + $55

Standard Thickness Handles:

The other is a muddy Satin Jack TAC variant w/ Tigerhide handles. Offered in a Ganza, it was $397 in 9/2006.
