Help with Knife Recommendations

My favorite knife that I carry daily is a Spyderco Manix 2 LW.
It is blue, plastic, and wide... so in rare occasions where I am wearing a suit, it looks very off.
I do have a CRKT Crossbones, but I never carried it because it looks ugly.

I'm looking for something that is:
- under $50 and must be new
- Looks good with a suit
- Steel can be any budget stainless steel like AUS8 or 8CR
- smooth scales (opposite of what I look for usually)
- wood or some scale that isn't too flashy or tacticool
- light weight (3.5oz and under)
- MUST BE LOCKING
- NO ASSISTED
- Can not be Buck knives (the clips look too ugly)
- Slim profile

If u guys have any knives in mind that u know of, please let me know.

Thanks!

I think you can consider the civivi Elementum or some models from ruine, I have a 801 that is very impressive in term of action

2nd the CRKT CEO. My go to suit & tie knife is an urban trapper, and the ceo is very similar in design. Carries as light and clean as having a pen in your pocket.

CJRB RIA or Ruike P865 would also make the list for me, if you wanted something just a bit more sturdy & robust feeling in hand.
