Help with Knife

I have an old sheffield "DICKINSON" that has KLONDYKE scribed into the blade. I've had the knife a long while, but never paid much attention to the engraving.

Does anyone out there know if Dickinson made an engraved series of knife dating back then?

I know the spelling of KLONDYKE was changed to KLONDIKE in 1898.
