Help with lanyards

Hey guys, sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot.

I've started making lanyards and I'm doing pretty well at it and I'm gonna make some for the Monaro Car Club and some for my family as gifts and I was wondering what you use to finish off the knots.

With the ones I've made for myself and the wife I have just melted the paracord to bind it but I was wondering if there was a more appealing manner, such as a clear glue or something that I can use for the ones I'll sell.

I have made a few. Cut the ends close and use a soldering iron. A cheap one will do.
