Help with MadDog indetification

I need some help identifing and finding a value for a Mad dog ATAK. It is unlike any other I have seen.

1) It has a black blade
2) It has "MAD DOG ATAK Axxxx" (xxxx= a number that I can not remember right now) stamped on it.
3) comes with a kydex sheath.

I saw this in a local store and was interested in it. It was very busy so I did not get to ask the price. I thought it was an older version, but I am not sure.

Any ideas?

I got the knife. It was fairly cheap. It was priced at $350. I traded a fixed blade from my collection for the MD and a Busse "apprentice" knife. I think I got a good deal.
