Help with Mnandi assembly

For the first time ever I decided to take apart my Mnandi. This was my first CRK and I rarely carry it.
The reason why I decided to do this is because the blade has never been centered. I was very surprised to see how dirty it was inside. Well two issues arose after re-assembling. First, I can not get the dang CRK pivot logo centered and secondly, I now have blade play, even though the blade is now centered. There isn't any blade play during lock up but when opening or closing the folder it definitely is noticeable.
Any tips guys?

This is the position I feel the most blade play. Pretty much throughout opening and closing though.

Just a shot in the dark here, but one of the washers could be offset not allowing the pivot bushing to be set in place. This happened to me on my Large Seb after some tweaking I got it right though.

I agree. The tolerances are so tight sometimes I have to wiggle the pivot area back and forth while squeezing both scales(around the pivot area) to get it to "lock" in. That's on my 21 though, I haven't disassembled my Mnandi yet so im not sure if there are any "tricks" involved.

I didn't even think about the washers possibly being off. I re-assemble and see if that works.
Thanks.

Also, once I get the CRK logo lined up, I make sure I put pressure on it with my thumb when I insert and turn the pivot screw so that it does not rotate off center when I tighten.

You can also loosen the pivot a little and pinch with your thumb and forefinger and rotate the CRK logo so that it's in the right position. I've done that a couple times with the Mnandi I use at work.

Hope everything worked out!
Lots of great advice here and nice inlays! :D
I assume these are camera pics, yet the inalys look utterly smooth.
