Help with modding..0561

So I got this 0561 at the kershaw sale. It has the X's on it and I want to mod the crap out of the knife. I wish to have the X's along with all the words on the blade removed. And I want the titanium anodized bright Miami Vice 80's colors,like neon green and pink. If you can or know someone who can do this please comment/message me.
