I have this small otf that i want to carry with my keychain but it doesn't have a lanyard hole. Furthermore, it is made of aluminium, i think, so I believe drilling a hole is not an option, since I don't have the required machinery.
For now, I managed ti remove the bottom cover and saw a litttle bit to put a string so I could attach a paracord in it. Of course it is terrible and extremly ugly, so I need sugestions...
Oh,I need it kinda big so I can remove/reconect the knife to the carabiner inside my pocket.
I'll post pictures to help

A small strip of strapping tape should be enough to hold an inner strand of 550 paracord (you won't need anything stronger than a 50lb line). Not much else I can think of without tools.

Looks like a job for some JB Weld epoxy putty or some Sugru (silicone putty).

Sugru is great, but expensive. 'Shoe-Goo' is great and cheap. Put a flat dab of black Shoe-Goo on the end of the case and let it set. The next day lay a loop of black paracord on the flat area and press another small flat dab of black Shoe-Goo over it, pressing the extra into the previous day's adhesive. (Imagine there had been a large 'bump' of Shoe-Goo with a hole through it that you could string the paracord. You're just going to build the bump over the paracord instead.) The next day press on another small flat dab over the top and let it set. The next day repeat once more, but this time, after you put it on, wet your finger and smoot out the edges, blending them into the contour of the handle. Let it cure for two days and you'll have a permanent loop so strong you can lift cement bags with it!
