Help With Mystery Griffon Multi-tool Needed

I picked up this knife at a garage sale, but don't know anything about what it was intended for. Contains a spear blade, double sided file and screwdriver blade, gimble and triangle cross-section punch. The end has a smooth jaw adjustable wrench. The only mark is "Griffon" in script on the tang along with "Germany". Can anyone give me an idea what it was made for and approximate date of production? Thanks for your help!
