Help with Northwoods value

I’ve had this Northwoods slip joint for a few years, and never use it. I have sanded off rust every year or so, so the blade is not as new, and if I remember correctly it came very dull when I got it new so it has been sharpened.

What would a fair price be for this knife? I want to pass it along to someone who will get more use out of it than I, but don’t even know where to start on price.

I would search for a similar knife on the big online auction site, under sold listings, and see what they are ballpark selling for.
