Try contacting the manufacturer. Some companies will send you these things at little to no charge.

Yep. Some will send you extra screws and clips for free. Kershaw is well-known for taking care of their customers in this regard.

For screws, you can measure them and order them from a place like Olander (http://www.olander.com/), they have just about kind of screw and fastener you can think of. I found a local electronics surplus/supply that has a pretty good selection of screws (HSC). Both places have standard and metric sizes. These are my go to places for small screws.

I get then long because you can trim them to length.
