Hi all,

New to this forum and hoping one of you can help identify a vintage pickaxe makers mark. I’ve scoured the web on my own with no luck. I’ve had this handed down to me with no history behind it. Thank you in advance for taking a look and any help you can provide!

I can't help with the stamp - but I think the double posts are because there is some problem with the forums website today. its acting really screwy.

(but i don't know my militaria,am actually grossed out by it...:(
Ha, ha, ha, I know what you mean. And I can back you up on that all the way.

Coincidentally one such implement has turned up from a French tool connoisseurs site called a roofers adze tool. Seems plausible.
