help with swap meet find please !

Got a knife at the swap today and I'm having a hard time getting any history on it ! It looks just like a k bar USMC with black leather handle. It reads U.S. UTICA CUT.CO..! Couldn't upload pics !!!! Any help with any info. Would be great
