help with TAD dauntless mid-tech Hinderer

Hi all, first post here. I just received the TAD Dauntless mid-tech hinderer. I really like the knife, but I seem to have difficulty with the frame lock. I deploy the knife no problem, but disengaging the lock to fold is very difficult...as in it sometimes takes two hands and a little time to disengage it. Is this something that just needs to be broken in or do you think I should consider returning for a new one? I have a couple of other frame locks that are not nearly this difficult to disenagage. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks all!

I actually had problems deploying the knife. Ended up returning it. Disengagement was ok for me but you have to get your thumb in there for sure.

I just picked one up today. I really like the design, but the detent is on the strong side and the lock bar really could have used some chamfering to help disengage it. Seems like a couple of misses on an otherwise great design.
