Help with this blade?

How do i fix this? Ive used my spyderco tri sharpener to redo the edge and then used a sharpener that puts a razor edge on blades and it comes out jagged, i cant figure it out. No other knife has done this. Its a CRKT M16-03.

The edge looks fine after the Sharpmaker and then after the other sharpener it has visible damage?

Well, i kinda tried to fix it myself and it worked. had to put a new tip on it too. all i did was ran the blade flat across the stone a couple times to dull it and resharpened it up. Blades smooth as glass now.
