Help with upgrade

Hi guys. I purchased the gold membership 3 ours ago and I was wondering if anyone knows how long does it take to get it .all the best.THANK YOU

go to user cp - networking - group memberships and see if gold shows up. if so check the gold and then click update.

I am Canadian and I paid by credit card and I got a receipt from onestopeknifeshop., but the gold does not show up at group membership.I don't know what to do .I would really apreciate some help .THANKS

Memberships paid for by a foreign credit card must be activated manually by Spark. This can smetimes take several days. Congrats on the upgrade...

same here, already got a mail that my membership has been activated but no gold group in my user cp.

but yeah, I will wait a few days before bugging Spark

Qrt, go to User CP, down the left side to Group Memberships and click on that. THEN check off Gold.
