Help with value of knife I'd like to buy.

Thanks S&S. Shows you what I know. How is it that I never find something I like that costs a lot LESS than I think it should?

An original Cargill Cripple Creek like that one, in that condition, could have a tag of $200 on it at most shows I go to, and it'd leave the table in about ten minutes. Early Cripples are pretty rare.

That is actually a late model Cripple Creek put out by Blackjack Knives after they bought the trademark from Cargill in the ealry 90's. I am told that these were actually made by Queen for Blackjack. They only put out two actual patterns - a barlow and this trapper, each available in one blade or two blade. I have no idea as to value....these are not as sought after as the original Cargill Cripple Creeks....but certainly at least $100.

The Blackjack/Queen Barlows with sawcut bone scales are reasonably common, and seem to bring about $50-60, unless there is a bit of a bidding war. :)
This pattern, with these scales......while not a Cargill Cripple Creek, as SandS and knifeaholic have mentioned, should bring $100 easily with 5 days left. Watch for the sniping at the end. :D

It will probably cost you close if not a little more than 100.00 the qaulity of these would not be as good as the originals, but it will still cost you. Im sure its still a decently made knife.

Thanks for the replys. It's up to $100 and the reserve is still not met. I think I'll have to drop back and punt on this one.
