I have epoxy and carbon fiber all over my hands from working today! i have been scrubbing for a long time and it wont come off. Are there any ways that this stuff will come off easier?

Vinegar will remove the epoxy if it hasn't cured yet. If it has then you just have to wait until it dries and it will eventually start to crack and peel off.

In the future, you really don't want to get a lot of epoxy on you. Wear nitrile gloves or be very careful to not get it on you or you can develop an allergic sensitivity to it.
