Alright so this is my first time falling for a Spyderco knife, i decided to try to get the paramilitary 2 (emphases on "try"). It wasn't long until i found the para's huge flaw... Its so good you cant find i anywhere! Of course i don't mind waiting a while for such a awesome knife but my biggest concern is getting a fake :confused: do any of you know of any reliable sites to buy it off of and how long it normally takes for the para's to be restocked? just an estimate would be great:D also does anyone have some experience with this knife and if its worth the search?please and thank you!:D
 
Well I bought my from Knifeworks. It was a limit 1 preorder only. It may still be that way now but never the less I received the PM2 in 2 days.
 
Great knife in my opinion, well worth the wait and price spydercos website might have a dealer list to check out
 
A while back, I paid a premium over normal street price to get mine due to limited availability. Now I see even higher prices with expected waits of several months. Be patient. I intend to buy a second one when things settle down.

yeah i found it for $150 but im not sure if i should wait?
 
I think BBS has most of the production models in stock but yea $150 is pretty steep. You can find a sprint in the forums for not too much more than that.

I've had two preordered at KW (black/black and camo/satin) now for 2 months and they still haven't shipped. I guess it depends on how patient you are.
 
I would just keep an eye on the exchange. Typically much fairer prices and they come around often enough.
 
GP knives has some in stock. I haven't heard stellar things about preordering sprints/exclusives from KC, but I'm sure a production knife will be fine (since they are guaranteed to actually get some at some point).
 
Empire Outfitters generally keeps them in stock from what I see. Highly recommended from my experience - Craig is a good guy.
