Help!!!

Hi,
My name is Adam. I'm looking for information on how to get butterfly knives built. I have a patent that modifies this type of knife in a peticular way. I want to produce and bring it to the market. I will soon have a rough prototype and a marketing package. Anybody know of some good learning resources on how to build butterfly knives? And work with metals? Or if anyone knows of a custom knife maker that does this kind of building that I could speak with I would appreciate it.

Here at the forums we have Dr. lathe and Allen Blades both of which are involved in Balisong projects. I believe Ray Kirk was considering it as well, so he could probably help.

Paul Jarvis (617) 547-4355, makes amazing custom Balis.

Other than that I don't know of any "Balisong specific" books or other materials. I guess most people just "wing it" until they find something that works.
