Has anyone ever seen or heard of a hatchet/axe AXE-15. There is one on ebay in collectible woodworking tools. Problem is there is no info I can find anywhere about it. Looks sorta like a Viking style but the handle is a regular chopping, does foot style. The head is pinned two places to the handle and come with a sheath/edge protector. Looks to be new but I hate flying blind. Somewhere in or on the box is "Honda"

If the "AXE-16" model succeeds the "AXE-(20)15", and no one is prepared to tell you where or how it's made, I'd be staying well clear. Axe heads are generally pinned only for chopping competition purposes (to guarantee the head doesn't fly off) and two pins (is there no wedge?) is bizarre.
Photos! We need photos.

It's interesting that the cardboard wrapper shows a man swinging a 'real' axe. The product they're selling is a novelty and the head will come loose first time you give it a serious workout. Hang on to your $25 and maybe peruse the Council Tools site if in fact you're serious about buying an inexpensive (but made in USA good quality) tool.

Don't forget the 20$ for shipping, 45$ now your in CT territory and can get an Axe Made in USA!
