The rookie in me is showing up. Can anyone tell me how to clear the message file?? I tried to contact 300 and ask but it won't let me because the file is full and I haven't been able to find a way to clear it??
I first went up and hit the envelope icon on top of page , then I went to top of conversations list and hit select ALL button and it marked a whole page with very light X. Then hit "Leave Conservations" box an a overlay box appeared and I accepted delete while leaving the accept new messages button pushed and it deleted a whole page of messages ( I had 226).
Just the page was gone. The I hit back arrow and it came back to this thread.
But in my quick look I did not see how to delete entire box all at once. I will have to delete almost 20 pages one at a time. I fiddled with up and down arrows but it never seemed to get to a delete all box....300
For me I could check the box on the left of a conversation one or all. Checking bigger box select all above blue box marked the whole page with light X if I did just one box it was a darker X. This is in the first Conversations page which has a blue box line above the conversations...Don't be too quick to give up, I sat there several seconds before stuff got done and changed.......300
Bert, I was just cutting the knot with my sword. I believe I saw way's to save posts, and a way to just delete individually. I myself do not favor Delete All's unless I am double sure or mad.....300
