Hey Guy's, can any of you tell me what a brand new Custom CQC9 AKA-Eagle is worth ?? I'm thinking about a trade for a Brend # 2 fighter !! Am i crazy for thinking about this or do you think it's worth it ?? Thank's in advance for any input !!

The CQC9 is in the $1500.00 range Depending on when it was made, condition, markings, plain edge vs. serrated, ect. The Brend #2 fighter if mint is worth $1200.00. I suggest you post which markings the CQC9 has & one or more of the other suspects can tell you what would be a fair deal.

The 9 is a sweet piece. I know I would trade in the $1500-$2000 range to get my paws on one...:D
 
Atilla, thank's for getting back to me so soon !! On the left side of the blade it say's Spec Wars 2001, no serration's on th blade !! Never been used or carried, and i got it from the man himself Ernie Emerson at the Orlando show back in August !! Please keep it comin !!

You are more than welcome. I think if you trade for the Brend, you should get an extra $300.00 in cash or $300.00 in steel. That would be fair. I currently only own one Ernie custom, a 2001 double ground satin CQC8. I know that goes for a higher premium because it is the rarer of the CQC models & it has the double grind. Not that I would sell or trade her, unless I could find a mint lefty CQC model somewhere... now that would be VERY rare indeed...:D

If you REALLY want the Brend, then go for it! If however, you have the slightest doubt in your mind, well then keep the 9...:D
