JEEZE!!

I'm happy to be getting married and all that! Really... I truly am. I've got the perfect woman for me and I'm really looking forward to the big day.

A while back, we did this thing called, "registering" so that people would know what to buy us. Great idea and all, but she wouldn't let me register at a SCUBA shop or any place fun.

So NOW... we are getting this almost daily influx of presents from friends and family members. My fiancee, for some reason, is a lot more excited about these gifts than I am. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that these gifts are coming from Bed Bath and Beyond, and other shops of its ilk.

I'm drowning in a sea of bed skirts, kitchenware and bath towels! I need Man Things... Pronto! :eek:

Mick, Duane... Ya gotta help me! Hell... Send me a Blank if the real thing isn't going to be ready for a while! I think I'm suffering from estrogen poisoning here!:p
 
Maybe Strider will let you "Register" with them and we'll all chip in and buy you a wedding gift from them, maybe something appropriate to cut the wedding cake with.....

Does she have a sense of humor?:D

I have seen pics on the HI forum of a wedding cake being cut with a 20" AK Khukri. Why not with something like a Tiger?! I think the wedding pics would be GREAT!!!
 
Ahh... My SCUBA regulators arrived today! Finally... Some man-stuff and not that infernal froo-froo "home necessities" stuff I've been inundated with. NOW I'm starting to feel better. *whew*

Guys, that was a truly generous gesture. Thank you, but that is too much. Besides, she has a great sense of humor, but using a "war blade" on our cake may not be the wisest thing for me to try. I'm not brave enough to test those waters. :eek:

One day the bedroom will have Green walls, the next 'Floral wallpaper", and the question "do you like it babe?" ( No, I hate it rip the crap down!!!:eek: :eek: )

Then it's new Furniture! "But Honey, the sofa was on sale for $1,600, I just HAD to get it. It fits so well with the new Oriental rug!".("Yeah bit*ch, and I am not even allowed to buy a Benchmade!)

Then, it's them stupid KITS, you WILL know which ones, and you best smile if it turn BLUE!!!

Then, just move your bed into the garage. it works for me....

Ah yes... The infamous kits. Had a scare once, but it came up negative. *WHEW*

Hey Joe! Yeah, my momma raised no fools. But still my success in this relationship has been all trial and error. Ah well, she's used to me and knows I mean no harm *LOL*
