Yes, the all stainless construction makes it worry free. It's easy to wash by various methods. And no need to disassemble it, they don't need that for cleaning. With a knife like this - and I have one very similar to it - you might start by rinsing it out with WD-40, IF there is any or much greasy grime inside. If it's not that dirty, you could likely just wash it out in warm or hot water with some liquid dish soap, exercising the pivots of each blade/tool as you do so. Then rinse it thoroughly in warm or tolerably hot water, up to maybe 120°F, which most people's hands can tolerate. A hot water rinse will aid in quickly evaporating any moisture left inside. Then maybe put just a tiny bit of oil in the joints and it'll be good to go.
If you have one, or have access to one, an ultrasonic cleaner might also be used for this, again with some water & dish soap.
