I just changed to a cable internet connection and no longer have access to my old email addy, how can I change my profile address w/o being able to access my old email for my password? Thanks in advance

You don't need access to your old email to change your email as long as you are currently logged in to your account. But if you don't know your password, you have some problems. Sorry, but tech support for that is $5000

There are public fax machines in drugstores, copy shops, all kinds of places. Go in the drugstore, pay them 50 cents or whatever ... it's not so hard.
