I live in New York City and I'm looking to buy my friend a Bowie Knife for his birthday.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out and let me know where in the city can I buy one? I have looked through a lot of places, but found nothing. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

One more thing... what kind of knife was that Indian guy in the movie Predator using when he cuts himself?

There's no place in NYC to get good knives. NYC is very gun/knife unfriendly. the only place that's ok is Paragon a sporting goods store. they have some custom folders but you're gonna pay full price maybe more. online is the only way to go.
