Help...

I did my best. I posted the detail drawing from the Swinden patent, and a photo of a disassembled 897UH. Dale or Muskratman need to fill in the details there.

I told him how to fix it by drilling out the bolsters.

I have only successfully tightened one Swinden Key, but there is no guarantee that it will not come loose. You have to dissemble the knife anyway to tighten it, so you might as well drill out the bolsters while you are at it.
