I use my Izula at work to open shipment boxes. It gets sticky and gooey from all the tape. I can clean the blade and WA-LAA it's back to normal, however, my problem is now there is stickey, gooey gunk in the sheath. I need ANY suggestions on how to get the inside of the sheath clean.

I was thinking a Q-tip with alcohol (isopropyl that is :) ).

I'm with Rotte. although you could work at the Ispropyl if that's all you have.

nothin worse than sheath goooge. eeewww:D

Yeah, those alcohol wipes (from hospitals) work really well on glue. I would never think WD40, but now I must try that, so thanks. I know gas & kerosene will remove adhesives and grease. AND, hydrogen peroxide will remove fresh blood from white clothes, and mixing peroxide with enough blood, it starts to get pretty darn warm almost hot, just a lilttle FYI.
