Just register on imageshack.us or photobucket.com and upload your stuff to there. Then copy and paste the link with ....[IMG] around it. On imageshack you have to click the little blue "i" next to the picture and then I do without details, and copy.
Make sure when you upload the pictures, to resize them for message boards. Good luck.
