I'm only a recent Emerson customer so don't take my word for it, but that looks like a fake.
It has the grind of the CQC-7B, but it's longer and it lacks the thumb ramp present in waveless versions of the tanto. The handle looks like that of the P-SARK. Apart from the stamped year (which looks like 2001), it doesn't have any other identifying marks or serial numbers.
It could be a pre-/-early 2000s model that is out of production, but I've never seen an Emerson that looks like that before.

Its a specwar, not a Raven. The Ravens have a rounded corner on the g10 around the blade tang where as the specwars and socfks(basically modern specwars) have angular corners. Blade shape is also off for a Raven.
For the size though, it would be a black bird, if the g10 were rounded near the tang. It would be a super Raven if it were larger.
I wish they'd put that swedge on an SOCFK and make a mini version!
