I can't decide between the Spyderco Sage vs the Benchmade griptilian. What do you think?

There are 3 different Sages out there, which one are you talking about? All 3 are high quality, have slightly better edge retention than the Griptilian, and have a better edge geometry for slicing. The Griptilian is cheaper (depending on which Sage, considerably cheaper), and a little tougher. Benchmade will replace blades for a fee, whereas Spyderco won't, the Griptilian is made in America, and the Sages are made in Taichung, Taiwan (one of the highest quality production factories for knives).

The only Sage I've held is the Sage 2. I prefer the Griptilian.
