Hen and Rooster steels

"Stainless" doesn't tell me much. I know that they're manufactured in both Germany and Spain. This is a good indicator of higher quality.

Any input on this?

I had several of the H&R fixed blades a while back and did some research into their "German Stainless." I forget the actual number of the steel, but it was similar in composition to 440B.
