I need to learn about the pre 1980 Hen & Roster knives. I have read Russell's limited information on his web site. I would like to find out as much as I can about these knives; identification of different production runs, material identification etc. I told my 81 year old cousin that I would help her sell a collection that her late husband left her. I really know very little about them, other than what the Russell web site said. If anyone has information or recommend any specific books on them I would appreciate it. The little I have learned has increased my interest in the subject quite a bit.
