FSOT, two used Henkels kitchen knives: one 8" carver, model 3120-200, and one 5.5" boning knife, model 31024-140mm. Both have light scratches on the blades and handles and are dull. I chose to leave the sharpening to the taste of the new owner. Both appear to have the factory edge. The ricasso end of the carver has a slight bump in the edge that can easily be taken out while sharpening. Current price for these knives on the web are $49-$59 each and I'm offering both for $40 including shipping to US addresses and PayPal fees.
