Henry Ford Museum

I thought this was worth mentioning. You might think that this museum would be all about transportation technology. They do have a lot of that, especially old cars and locomotives. However , they also have an extensive collection of bowie knives from the American frontier. I seem to remember these being displayed in the same general area with the steam-powered generators.

One of my favorite museums. Never knew that it had Bowles. I'm planning on going to the Detroit Institute of Art this weekend for the Faberge exhibit. I'll have to stop by there too.
