Ive stated before that I carry multiple knives but have to have one with a pocket clip and that opens fast. I tried most of the schrades with pocket clips, the swith it lock back, it was alright, the lake and walker, it was alright, and the list goes on. but last week I traded for a usa schrade SQ587, got it today and WOW, I was impressed!!! Thin, light, feels stout though, good tight pocket clip, with a little flick of the wrist the blade is out lickedy split!!! I'll let ya's know how it goes after a few weeks of use but first imperssions they say last and this one was good and I hope it does. The only bad thing is this, the factory edge was pathetic.. the smallest grind ive ever seen, kinda sharp but I think if you sharpened a pencil it would need resharpened. I'll get an edge on it and let ya know how it seems.- Joel

I had carried 1 of these for the last 2 years. Great utility knife. Opens with a wrist flip and a little practice. Does need shapening a lot.
Sturdy and light.

I just got one of these from an ebay auction last week. So far I am very impressed.

me too. i recently bought the same knife and like it for the same reasons: not bulky, fits the hand nicely, v. smooth. have been buying some of these more "tactical" type Schrades: 70TXB, 60TX, 3 AV7s, and AV2. of all these, i like the SQ587 the best. the 70 & 60 feel too big in my hand. roland
