Ok, so, I just got it, I love it, can't wait to use it. These are not user pics yet, but rather me trying out the cheap camera and stuff. Before anybody asks the gun is a fake, I have no need for the real thing, and replicas are just as fun to fondle and on the shelf. But the real reason for this thread (don't tell the bullies) is so that I can show off the kids. They are two days old, and more pictures will be posted in one or two weeks when they actually look cute. The father was considerably larger, and had longer legs (although he wasn't much heavier) so we were really worried about our dog, and still are a bit but it looks like everything is fine for now. We got three puppies, two girls and one boy, and we are doing everything we can to make sure all dogs remain happy and healthy.

So here is my knife, this is gonna get corny, you've been warned.

I am an American, at least more so then anything else.

As for the guns, how should I say it, without stirring up a sh!t storm. I can appreciate them, I can use them and I will support the right to own them (cause it makes sense). But you see I live in Los Angeles, California, where only the criminals and police walk about armed. I did some research and they told me no way in hell somebody from LA can get a CCW permit. I can get carried away with some absurdities of gun laws, if you'd like shoot me an email, and we'll discuss this topic a bit further. I just don't want my bragging about my puppies to be hijacked with gun talk.
 
Yeah, I won't derail it anymore. I just thought it was weird seeing someone say that, so I was kind of thinking you were from somewhere in europe, with a name like Volk as well.

Either way, cool knives and puppies!
 
Nice warden, I don't think I have ever seen one with so much white in it. And I like the way you handled the gun issue, as not to get into a debate about it here in the Busse forum.
O and good of you to post pictures of your knives so just the pup thread won't seem so gay like my threads :)

yep, treading carefully here, its a Japanese Spitz or an American Eskimo. The two breeds are very similar. "They are recognized by the vast majority of the major kennel clubs, except the American Kennel Club due to it being similar appearance to the American Eskimo Dog." -Wikipedia. Actually the two breeds are almost identical, when next to each other, except the American Eskimo has a bit longer legs and are generally bigger. However the size depends on the individual dog as there are three size categories of American Eskimo. The father is a pure bread Standard American Eskimo, and is bigger.

They live longer then most dogs with almost no genetic problems, very smart, low maintenance, and are great alarm dogs.

Love the Ash 1, mine looks just about like that. Feels so awesome in the hand. My favorite busse knife, will take it to the grave.

This is can have two outcomes:

1st (most favorable) I get a new grail of a blade.
2nd another restraining order.

Either way I'm not walking away empty handed ;)

Lefty, nice knife there, I doubt they'll let me hang on to her after I die, otherwise they are gonna have real hard time keeping me in hell.

About guns I don't mind a healthy discussion, but once again shoot me an email and I'll be more then happy to talk about them.
