Here comes the lag, Friday sale must be close!

I'm already getting a 4-5 second lag between submitting my post and it completing the action. Must be a lot of people on here or the new servers are junk.

How is everyone else doing speed wise?
 
I'm hoping we are all a little laggy to even the playing field a little, though I have no expectation of beating those out east.
 
I've got a noticeable lag here too.
 
40+ people in the thread, and 7 seconds to load my page after I submitted it. BRUTAL!

Don't the admins know that CPK sales are sold out in half that time? Failboat Servers!

I think that your message is already on there before the page refreshes as it transmits is less than nanoseconds as opposed to seconds but yes, the refresh time felt like a full few seconds again. Congrats to all winners. I went for a Camo and My CPK Family Roster will be up to 4 hopefully next week :)
 
Very nice!! It for sure doesn't post immediately like it use to that is for sure, since the new servers came in it is 100% for certain slower to post for me. I know that for fact. I think the lag leveled the playing field a little which is a good thing.

Actually we have a wedding to attend tomorrow in ID. It's at the Governor's Ranch. So I was thinking, what if we went early and I could attend the sale from the ranch?! It's a little closer and would have great internet right? Then I was thinking, I would probably have to use my phone, which is an iphone 5 and broken. So it would probably be way slower. So I bought us plane tickets that leave in the middle of the night instead.

Yeah, I agree. I do think it helps level the field so I am happy with that.

At the end of the day anyone who got one is a winner. 15th or 1st is inconsequential.
 
I'm happy to say I made it in this week! Justin I did start using tapatalk but sometimes this thing doesn't notify me with new posts. So I ended up being on my phone and computer at the same time. Ended up posting from the comp and hopefully next week will have a nice new addition to the CPK family

My network went down sometime before the sale even started and they didn't get it back up til like 3pm. Getting into the sale was, for once, the last thing on my mind.
