Here is the newest one I have been working on, designed for fishing, or in your camp or home kitchen.

Here are the specs:

9 3/4" overall
5" blade
1/16" thick O1 steel

These will only be available standard in black, tan, or green micarta. G10 is an optional choice. The reason is that the handles are threaded for 6-32 bolts, so the blade will never separate from the handles if you overflex the blade. The handles are also glued on. This does not have the flex of a fillet knife, but does flex a bit.

Price on these will be $150 in micarta with no sheath, and $165 with a sheath. For G10 add $10

I like the way you think.

I'm not trying to be funny but it looks like the perfect chicken butchering knife. I do a lot of chickens on my farm and I use a 5" boning knife which works okay but having a little more belly like that one would be perfect.

Ahhhhh at least the word 'kitchen' is in the description. Commander won't be too upset ;).

This one is for sale, but I won`t be able to supply a sheath untill next week.

it looks even nicer in person, although this one seems to have a different pin line up (Scratch that)

EDIT: Here is a picture of a completely different knife that also rocks, because I seem to have lost my fish knife picture :s

That`s not the fish knife, the one shown is the prize for the horseshoe contest, which mqqn won last year, and jds1 won this year. Cooper bought the fish knife Saturday.
