Here is an unmarked Chiruwa Ang Khola. 16 inches overall length, 9/16 thick blade and weighs 2.25 pounds. Guess who made it? So, what's wrong with this rig? Nothing except the blade is not marked.

This Ak shows Sher's usual high standard work. Fit, finish, hardness all very, very good. Karda and chakma certainly acceptable. Good scabbard and frog.

We will knock $40 off the regular price of $135 and sell the knife for $95 delivered to your door because the blade is not marked. BirGorkha is going to start marking every blade so they tell me!

Call or email if interested.

Uncle Bill, do you think that is an older knife that just made it you? Or do you think the kamis don't want to follow the marking procedure?

This is a recent manufacture. They forget to mark the blades because they still don't see the importance of it. However, if they keep getting penalized financially for not marking the blades the day will come when all blades will be marked.
