I think the fully-stitched loop is an improvement over the one I got. Too bad this thread wasn't up a week ago (in time for me to change my order).

I make mine one at a time. That particular sheath would be 70 dollars shipped. I am going to be gone for a month or so - but in August I can make as many as your customers want - I now have the pattern made, so depending on my blades in waiting - it should take less than a month to get it back to the customer.
One thing you can't see in the pictures is that the welt has a small shelf to help insure that the blade cannot be over inserted, the leather is 8-10 ounce, and the stitches are artificial sinew. Should outlast the user.
